AT&T - C&E Wireless PMO - Sr. Technical Process/Quality - Branding Specialist

Developed and Implemented branding guidelines to improve organizational effectiveness in communicating the overall future for the C&E in-building Solutions organization to our internal and external clients.

Worked with departmental leads to revamp training materials into video, ebook, and other media formats that enable field employees to easily find solutions to technical issues in the field to minimized cycle time of project builds by accessing the training material by multiple devices and platforms.

AT&T - ASG PMO - Sr. Technical Project Manager - Front Door Product Manager

Served as the ASG PMO Product Manager to the CTO and Global Technology Planning & Project Management organizations to communicate ASG requirements for new products, systems, and hardware deployments.

Managed the ordering, delivery, and test and turn-up of Layer 2 (ETTCS) and Layer 3 (IP) circuits, along with ensuring the appropriate router and switch configurations are met to provision projects. Functioned as Transport SME for Process improvement planning as well as analyzing and determining the appropriate transport type and bandwidth based on the product type installed and needs of the customer.
Partnered with stakeholder organizations including, but not limited to, RF Engineering, Construction and Engineering, Operations, Business Planning, and Sales teams to resolve issues within respective programs. Drove process improvement initiatives within the ASG organization.

Supported ASG Program Management for Public and Enterprise antenna solutions throughout the program’s life cycle. Established guidelines, templates, process improvements, and executive reporting for ASG DAS and Small Cells. Collaborated with Current Planning, IPMO, and CPDO to drive activities to reduce Ethernet and MIS transport delivery cycle time.


VeriSign - Engineering Service - RF Engineering Manager

Secured $8M in project revenue by collaborating with internal/external clients and vendors to gather business requirements, customers’ needs, and financial considerations in developing and managing several medium to large-sized wireless projects and initiatives.

Developed SOWS’s, RFI’s/RFP’s, and negotiated contracts in compliance with corporate governances and long-range strategic goals with vendors and contractors to provide products and services to Tier1 telecom carriers. Worked across diverse cross-functional teams (Engineering, Field Operations, Marketing, Sales, Billing, and Customer Care) in execution of successful system upgrades, wireless network quality and capacity improvement projects across the Northeast and South region markets of the network at Sprint. Tracked and monitored progress of operational improvements through key network performance indicators (KPI’s).

Measured service levels surpassed the previous three years, by building strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal personnel. Ensured ongoing progress of projects/programs in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment through meetings, conference calls, weekly/daily status reports, utilizing project management software and communication of critical issues that could impact project deliverables, change scope, or increase costs.

Maintained project documentation from inception, including but not limited to; Project Charter, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Scorecard Development, Action Register, and Lessons Learned.


BellSouth International/Cingular Wireless - Southeast Region RF Planning and Support - Project Manager

Monitored and verified regional projects and trials to ensure adherence to BellSouth project management methodologies, reporting techniques, and standards. Expense and capital budget control of $16M.

Investigated, tested, and validated features designed to improve network performance and capacity. Cut capital expenditures and operational costs by $4M through consolidation of suppliers. Streamlined RF engineering tasks on multiple projects and boosted revenues by $2M.

Liaised between Cingular national headquarters, southeast regional headquarters, and infrastructure vendors. Managed communications as point of contact in matters related to RF design and system performance.

Managed funding and monitored special project expenses for tests, innovative features, and equipment through cost/benefit analysis. Responsible for end-to end testing requirements of new products and feature deployments as well as functional capabilities.

Monitored the financial performance of projects to maintain the quality of services, deliverables and content within proposed budget; verified compliance with corporate financial practices.
